The hidden cost of Independence
Sunday 09.03.25, 3:30-5:30 Uhr with Cherryl Duncan
For generations, women have been taught to fear their own power—to shrink themselves into the mould of the Good Girl or fight to prove their worth as the Independent Woman. But what if the very independence we celebrate comes at a hidden cost?
Exhaustion. Isolation. Resentment. A deep disconnect from pleasure, power, and desire.
In this transformative workshop, you will:
Uncover the Origins – explore the true origins of the “Independent Woman” archetype—how it was created and why it keeps you stuck.
Embrace Your Sins – learn how embracing your “sins” (desire, indulgence, ambition, sensuality) can lead to deeper freedom and authentic power.
Practice Approval – engage in a guided approval practice designed to help you recognise and reclaim your hidden desires without shame.
Move & Liberate – experience a feminine movement and dance session that breaks the patterns of control, restriction, and tension.
Who Is This For?
This workshop is for women who are ready to challenge everything they’ve been conditioned to believe. It’s for anyone who:
- Feels Exhausted or Isolated: Seeking deeper connection and pleasure.
- Is Tired of the “Good Girl” Script: Ready to break free from outdated paradigms.
- Craves Authentic Empowerment: Desiring to reclaim the full spectrum of their feminine power.
- Wants a Full-Body Awakening: Looking for a transformative experience that goes beyond just a mindset shift.
Are You Ready?
This is not just a workshop – it’s a full-body awakening, a permission slip to be fully alive, deeply connected, and wildly self-approved. Are you ready to sin your way back to freedom?
Costs: 40€ (USC/Wellpass + 30€)
