Somatic Yoga Nidra + Sound Bath

In this special session, Somatic Yoga Nidra and the gentle sounds of crystal singing bowls are harmoniously combined. You will be guided through the sound bath into deep relaxation and inner peace, while at the same time immersing yourself in the magical world of your body. The sound carries you as you are guided through a meditation and visualization journey into your body with poetic language.
To begin, you are invited to lie comfortably on your back, where the sound waves of the Crystal Singing Bowls gently envelop you. These bowls are made of pure quartz and rare minerals, whose vibrations and frequencies have a targeted effect on your chakras and harmonize the energy centers of your body. The frequencies can work on a cellular level and support the harmony of body and mind.
Accompanied by this sonic journey, we immerse ourselves in the fascinating inner landscape of your body with Somatic Yoga Nidra. Without external movement, but with a gentle focus on your inner perception, you will wander through your body – to your inner worlds such as your nerve pathways, organs or blood circulation. Through targeted visualizations and loving exploration, you are invited to consciously perceive and appreciate the magic and complexity of your body.

Meike Petermann
Meike is a spaceholder for Embodied Yoga & Somatics, psychologist & systemic coach. Her mission is to create magical spaces where you can connect with yourself, your body and others. Her work incorporates the mindset that the head aka psyche, the body with all its systems and the heart are an inseparable interwoven unit. Psychology merges with mindfulness, movement, embodiment and intuition.
Laura Flicker
Laura is sound healer, yogi, mama and spiritual creative.
I discovered my love for crystal sound bowls in Joshua Tree National Park in 2019 – since attending a soundbath there, I’ve been fascinated by the healing effects of the Crystal Bowls.
Now I am full of devotion to share the special energy of Crystal Sounds with those around me. I wholeheartedly enjoy being able to create a space where others can let go and surrender to the magical sounds of the Crystal Bowls.
