Prenatal Workshop
Saturday 01.02.2025, 2:00-5:00 pm with Judith & Gabriela
In this workshop you will benefit from the combination of yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu.
Jin Shin Jyutsu is an ancient Japanese healing art that harmonises your body energies. During pregnancy, it supports your body, strengthens your immune system and can contribute to the optimal development of your baby.
On this afternoon, Gabriela and Judith will give you suggestions for a more beautiful pregnancy.
In the yogic part of the workshop, Judith offers techniques for more conscious movement and relaxation for more mindfulness and a better connection to your body during pregnancy.
Gabriela will show you applications from Jin Shin Jyutsu that have both a strengthening and balancing effect. This benefits not only you as a mum-to-be, but also your baby.
Both yoga and Jin Shin Jyutsu support the harmonious connection between mother and child.
Gabriela and Judith are looking forward to a shared experience and an enriching introduction to Jin Shin Jyutsu this afternoon.
Costs: 50€ (USC/ Wellpass + 40€)
about Judith
With passion and a lot of humour, I have been teaching various forms of body and mental work for over 10 years. In addition to the knowledge I have gained from training and further education in yoga and Pilates, in back training, fascia and pre- and postnatal bodywork, I try above all to learn more about body and mind from my different students again and again.
I found the physical transformations I experienced during my pregnancies, two births and my first time as a mother fantastic and challenging. They led significantly to the desire to offer authentic pre- and postnatal classes.
about Gabriela
Jin Shin Jyutsu has been with me since I was 20 years old. It is my passion because it always allows me to learn something new and brings healing, mindfulness, lightness and depth at the same time.
