Open Movement

Saturday 26.04.25, 11:00-12:30 with Taylor Hass

Open Movement is a guided, improvisational class inspired by the expressive principles of Gaga dance, functional movement, and somatic practices. Through intuitive prompts and sensory exploration, you’ll be invited to move with curiosity, presence, and pleasure, tuning into your body’s intelligence and creative potential. This is a space to reconnect with yourself and others, to play, to feel, and to rediscover the joy of being in motion. No experience is needed — just a willingness to show up, move, and feel what’s alive. In English.

About Taylor

Growing up as a dancer, movement became a path to self-discovery, self-expression, and personal freedom. Yoga later deepened my connection to the body and mind, revealing the power of movement to foster both physical vitality and mental clarity.

As a teacher, my aim is to create a space where you can explore your body’s potential with curiosity and presence, unlocking greater ease, awareness, and joy. My approach blends somatic movement, improvisation, and breathwork, guiding you to move in a way that feels authentic and alive.
