Breaking Free – Yoga, Awakening and the feminine Psyche
Sunday 09.02.25, 3:30-5:30 Uhr with Cherryl Duncan
Join me for an inspiring and transformative workshop exploring the intersection of yoga, awakening, and the journey of reconnecting with the feminine psyche.
The session begins with a 45-minute talk where I’ll share personal stories of my own two awakenings—first from heartbreak, and second from patriarchal consciousness—and how they shaped my journey through yoga, Taoism, and Jungian psychology. Together, we’ll uncover the hidden patriarchal influences within yoga and the ways they’ve shaped how women are taught to navigate compassion, perfectionism, and emotional expression.
After a short tea break, we’ll transition into an hour-long yoga experience designed to help you embody these insights. This is not just another yoga class—it’s a space for you to reconnect with your authentic self, reclaim your desires, and embrace your emotions as a source of power. Through movement and intentional practice, we’ll explore how yoga can become a tool for healing both the wounded feminine and masculine within, helping you to break free from limiting societal conditioning.
Whether you’re seeking personal growth, community, or a deeper connection to yourself, this workshop offers a unique blend of storytelling, philosophy, and embodied practice to awaken your inner strength and wisdom.
Costs: 40€ (USC/Wellpass + 30€)
