In this 2.5-hour yang-to-yin practice, we turn to our body center.
Through gentle core exercises and twists, we connect to our center and activate our inner fire for a sense of integrity and self-confidence. We will then practice consciously letting go, softening and taking up space – as a sign of appreciation for ourselves and our bodies and as an act of self-care.
We practise asana, pranayama and meditation. The experience of one’s own body forms the starting point of the practice, which combines alignment-based hatha yoga with yin yoga for more balance and well-being.

about Viktoria & Luise

Viktoria Aust has been teaching modern Hatha Yoga since 2020, combining Alignment, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga. 500h+ yoga teacher training in Element Yoga, Yin Yoga & Organ Health, Fascia Yoga and Sound Healing brings Viktoria’s knowledge. She is a systemic coach for stress management and is recognized by the German health insurance companies for stress prevention with Hatha Yoga. Luise Hausweiler has been teaching modern and undogmatic yoga since 2022. Her sequences are sometimes powerful, sometimes gentle, but always aimed at creating balance in body and mind and ending the class with relaxation. She attaches particular importance to individual, anatomically informed and body type-appropriate alignment. “Yoga keeps me sane – and is a gift that I love to share with others.”
Luise completed her 200h YTT at Element Yoga in Berlin and 300h Advanced Teacher Training with Barbra Noh in Munich. She quenches her thirst for knowledge with further training – especially in Anusara Yoga.
