Gentle all-levels yoga practice with guided aroma meditation using pure essential oils to balance body, mind and spirit.

Similar to yoga, essential oils have been known for centuries as an effective tool for relaxation & balance. Used properly during practice, they can deepen relaxation, promote regeneration, and provide renewed energy.

Aroma Yoga creates an atmosphere in which a sense of inner peace and well-being emerges.

I am Andrea, Anusara yoga teacher, Holistic Coach for BODY.MIND.SOUL. and Essential Oil Specialist.

A few years ago, I was first able to experience, what it means to be on the edge of your own powers and that body, mind and soul are inextricably linked. Thanks to the powerful combination of holistic tools such as yoga, meditation and essential oils, I found my way to strength and inner balance. Today, I share my knowledge and experiences with other people with my heart and mind. I look forward to meeting you!
