Kati Weilhammer
For over seven years I have been accompanying pregnant women and new mothers through what is probably the most exciting time of their lives – starting with yoga and massage during pregnancy and continuing with baby massage, yoga for mothers and pelvic floor training.
My classes are varied, challenging and equally relaxing. With birth-preparing physical exercises, meditation and breathing exercises, I prepare pregnant women for their great transformation from woman to mother and help them to discover and activate their inner strengths, supporting them in facing the event of birth with self-confidence, courage and confidence.

The day of conception marks the beginning of what is probably the most exciting time for expecting mothers – and with it a time of great change. Life turns upside down, the body changes in a very short time, emotions go on a rollercoaster ride and hormones go on a merry-go-round.
The exercises, which are specially adapted to the needs of the pregnant body, help women to consciously experience every day of this phase of life and to prepare for the birth in a natural way. The prenatal classes provide strength and equally relaxation and promote letting go despite physical exertion. Complaints such as back pain, heartburn and hormonally induced indispositions can be alleviated.
The yoga class also offers the mother and the young life the opportunity to get in touch with each other in harmonious togetherness and to form the first bonds with each other.
The class is suitable for all healthy pregnant women of any trimester and can be attended by beginners as well as experienced yogis.

Yoga after pregnancy is a wonderful way to support the body in forming back. Accompanying the regression, the selected exercises specifically build up the muscles, promote stability and increase physical fitness. The varied exercises strengthen the pelvic floor and abdominal muscles, relieve tension in the neck and shoulder area and take the strain off the back. However, the focus is not only on external strengthening, but also on internal strengthening. Here you can recharge your batteries, find peace and relaxation and strengthen your bond with your child. The course not only provides physical stability, but also mental stability.
You can start the regression course about 6-8 weeks after giving birth. You are welcome to bring your baby along to the course.
