Ingrid Bretan
For Ingrid, yoga is one thing above all: arriving home. The breath is conscious and calm, the mind clear, the body strong and light at the same time. Meditation in motion. Firmly rooted, opening the heart to the world and the greater. In her classes she creates an environment in which the practitioners can feel themselves, experience themselves and perhaps also explore new boundaries.
Ingrid teaches flowing classes in Vinyasa style, Hatha Yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga and Yoga Nidra. She was trained by Patrick Broome (500h Basic Training & Apprentice), Biff Mithoefer (Yin Yoga) and Andrea Kampermann (Restorative Yoga, Moon Yoga®). She currently assists with trainings by Nella and Ralph Skuban and she is also grateful for the many other teachers and students who greatly inspire her and initiate developments.
My classes at HAIRU
Flow to Slow | Beginner | Hatha Yoga
Flow to Slow
Wed 7:45pm – 9:00pm
A class that begins physically flowing, mobilising and strengthening, then lingers into more relaxed yin and restorative postures. Come down, come to yourself.
Beginner
Sun 11:45am – 1:00pm
In this class we would like to offer you the opportunity to learn the basic principles of yoga. You will be guided safely and precisely into the postures, learn a conscious use of the breath and experience relaxation techniques. We create a solid basis for a regular yoga practice.
Hatha Yoga
Tues 6:00pm – 7:15pm
In this active yoga class, the postures are creatively and fluidly connected while you are precisely aligned in the asanas. Together with breathing exercises and meditation, the yoga practice ensures that you feel fresh, flexible, strengthened and centred afterwards.
