Yoga flows into all areas of my life. Through the practice, I have been able to cultivate stillness and strength in my mind and body. I have also found true joy, community and balance.
After a few years of experiencing the physical and mental benefits of the practice, I made the decision to complete my teacher training so that I could deepen my understanding and share my love for yoga with others on another level.
Teaching is truly a dream come true. It is my hope, that through my classes I can bring joy and guide students along their own journeys through the alignment of mind, body and breath.

Fresh Start Flow (engl.)

Open yourself up to the beauty of the spring season and fresh starts! Start your Saturday in the best way possible with an energizing morning vinyasa flow. This class will help you to let go of tension, recenter yourself, and energize your mind and body to set you up for a great day ahead. The lesson is open to all and will be taught in English.
Restore + Balance (engl.)
Sun 8:00pm – 9:15pm
Balance your energy with a deeply restorative yin practice. Through the use of long and deeply held postures you will gently stretch your connective tissues and stimulate the meridians or energetic pathways in your body. As you move through each pose you will experience a natural release of tension in the body and mind. The lesson is open to all and will be taught in English.

A quick, fluid and fun class to invigorate body and mind and bring some joy to your afternoon and beyond. Release stress from the laptop lifestyle and melt into the moment. Open to all levels and bodies. The class is taught in English.
