Alisa Scheiter
For a long time, my life was dominated by stress and dealing with stress. Until I was forced to rethink. Looking back, not a great moment, but one for which I am very grateful. The search for more ease and calm and a healthy way of dealing with stress have been on my mind for years.
As a person, that always has a lot on her mind, physical practice has helped me particularly well to recognise my own needs and to act in accordance with them. Feeling, accepting and standing up for myself is the central goal of my classes. This can happen in movement or in stillness and always in joy and lightness.

Mindful Yoga
Tues 4:30pm – 5:30pm
For a little me-time in between. During the class, you will have the opportunity to connect with yourself and enjoy a moment of peace, so that you can then relax and face life again.
Mindful yoga is about being as present as possible in our body. We direct our awareness to the different sensations, thoughts and feelings that arise when we move and breathe the body. Mindful yoga combines movement and stillness and is a wonderfully nourishing practice.
The yoga poses are not about achieving or forcing a physical goal or performance, but about exploring your own body and its limits. In this way, we encourage respect for what we can achieve in this moment and for the person we are. We also learn to respond more consciously to our needs in everyday life.
Suitable for all yogis and non-yogis who want to feel themselves and recharge their batteries.
